Job Description

EXXA is hiring a Business Developer Intern to support the CEO in business development and daily activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead outreach initiatives to engage potential clients in large enterprises or AI-native companies

  • Draft internal and external communications, such as newsletters, team updates, and blog posts

  • Actively contribute to the company's culture and community building

Example of adhoc contributions:

  • Conduct market research, competitor analyses to inform decision-making and refine sales strategy

  • Prepare data and materials for key meetings (including board sessions)

  • Participate in strategic discussions and provide data-driven insights to help guide critical business decisions.

  • Set up and manage operational workflows to automate operational process, such as candidate sourcing or data scraping processes

  • Coordinate and oversee events and meetings, managing logistics, venue bookings, catering, and all necessary materials.

Preferred Experience

Profile:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a top engineering and/or business school

  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills

  • Strong interest in entrepreneurship, business development and Artificial Intelligence

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in whatever it takes to help EXXA grow. "Can-do" attitude

  • Initial experience in business development, sales, marketing, or operations in a fast-paced environment is a plus

  • Experience in Python or any other programming language is a plus (but not mandatory)
