Job Description

At Ewake, we’re creating an AI-powered agent that helps engineers resolve production issues faster and smarter. As a Founding Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our core product and underlying technology, working closely with the CTO to bring our vision to life.

In our early-stage, fast-paced environment, you'll be writing backend code, designing scalable systems on AWS, and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) to revolutionize incident management.

  • 🎓 Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree + in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 🛠️ Experienced Developer: 3+ years of experience as a Senior Developer with strong proficiency in algorithms and software development in one or more programming languages.

  • 🧠 AI-Savvy: Solid understanding of AI applications and experience leveraging AI models in real-world products.

  • ⚡ Quick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and make decisive, informed decisions in fast-paced environments.

  • 🧩 Problem Solver: Systematic approach to problem-solving, combined with clear communication, ownership, and a strong sense of initiative.
