Job Description

You will initially be part of the Sales & Marketing team within Estuaire, and work as a trio os sales together with Erin Smith and Maxime Meijers. In your role you will be in charge of the following main activities:

  • Sales and marketing strategy (20%): you will define how to sell best by

    • Developing a compelling & differentiated value proposition that resonates with client business needs
    • Mapping potential clients from across the aviation value chain: airlines, airports, OEMs, aircraft lessors, aviation lenders… and ensuring that our marketing strategy resonates with those targets
    • Define go to market and implement it to achieve business goals
  • Sales execution (80%): together with our sales team, you will engage with leads to drive the company’s growth by

    • Contacting marketing-qualified leads
    • Pitching Estuaire to prospects, directly or during public interventions
    • Over the long term, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in new and existing customers
    • Adopting effective negotiation techniques in order to close complex sales opportunities
    • Tracking global sales performance and planning on our CRM platform

Preferred Experience

We are looking for the following qualifications but do not worry if not matching all of them:

  • Existing experience in enterprise B2B sales or account management

  • Genuine interest for our company’s mission or the aerospace sector in general

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English

  • Availability to travel to events abroad

  • “This cannot work” is a sentence you use very carefully

Recruitment Process

  • A first interview with our sales manager composed as follows

    • Get-to-know and discussion about experience, motivation and interests (1 hour), sales case challenge “sell me what you know best”
  • A second interview with one of experienced sales advisor composed as follows

    • Get-to-know and discussion about experience, motivation and interests (45 min)
    • A dry run of sales discovery meeting
  • A third interview with Estuaire cofounders
