Job Description

As a UX/UI & Creative Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in shaping our visual identity and enhancing the user experience across our digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is both creatively driven and technically skilled.

UX/UI Design (30%)

Retool Interface Mockups:

-Use Figma to create high-quality mockups and prototypes for Estuaire’s Retool client interface.

-Collaborate with internal teams to improve user flows and interface usability.

User-Centric Improvements:

-Gather feedback to refine designs and ensure they align with user needs and business goals.

-Assist in maintaining consistency in the design system for Estuaire's platform.

Creative Content Creation (40%)

Content Design:

-Create engaging and polished visuals using Adobe Suite and Canva for marketing materials (eBooks, white papers, case studies, infographics, etc.).

-Develop compelling visuals for LinkedIn communication to enhance our professional presence.

Brand Assets:

-Help refine Estuaire’s visual identity by ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.

Website Management (30%)

Webflow Platform Optimization:

-Use Webflow to manage and update Estuaire’s website content, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.

-Optimize landing pages and visuals to broaden brand visibility and improve user engagement.

SEO Content:

-Work with the marketing team to create and implement SEO-driven content strategies to improve organic traffic.

Preferred Experience

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong command of Figma for creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

  • Familiarity with Webflow for website management and optimization.

  • Understanding of SEO basics and how to create SEO-friendly content.

Soft Skills:

  • A keen eye for design and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Open to feedback and eager to learn new tools and techniques.

Recruitment Process

  • A first interview with our marketing manager composed as follow :

    • Intro call about the position and fit (30 min)
    • Technical case (30 min)
  • A second interview with our other CEO and CTO

    • Get-to-know and discussion about motivation and interests (30 min)
