Job Description

You will be part of the Sales & Marketing team within Estuaire. In your role you will be in charge of the following main activities:

  • Product Marketing (40%)

    • Participating to events in France and Europe and being an ambassador of our work
    • Working hand in hand with marketing manager and sales to help Estuaire reach its global targets
    • Managing the brand and its appearance, occasionally leveraging designer support
    • Boosting online visibility deploying best Search Engine Optimization techniques and social media presence
  • Communication (60%) : you will build stellar content leveraging your aviation and climate expertise, including

    • White papers listing customer use cases and success stories
    • Blog posts for our website
    • Regular LinkedIn posts
    • Organization of webinars
    • Newsletters
    • Press releases for important announcements

Preferred Experience

We are looking for the following qualifications but do not worry if not matching all of them:

  • Passionate about aviation and genuine interest for our company mission

  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Photoshop or other content creation tools

  • More than 2 years of B2B marketing experience in an aerospace company

  • Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to create and pitch compelling marketing materials. Fluency in french is a plus but not necessary, we speak english day to day

  • “This cannot work” is a sentence you use very carefully

Recruitment Process

  • A first interview with our sales manager composed as follows

    • Get-to-know and discussion about experience, motivation and interests (45 min), short sales case challenge “sell me what you know best”
    • You will then be given a marketing content creation challenge, instructions transmitted by email, one week to answer with a workload estimate of  roughly 2h
  • A second interview with our marketing manager

    • Get-to-know and discussion about experience, motivation and interests (45 min)
  • A third interview with our cofounders
