Descriptif du poste

Elevo is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer (FSSE) to join one of our product squads and help us build the next generation of tools for employee performance and talent development.

You’ll work closely with a Product Manager, Designer, and other Engineers in a tight-knit team. Your role will cover end-to-end feature delivery, from API to UI, and will evolve with you as you grow your ownership and impact.

More specifically, you will:

  • Build, improve, and maintain features across our codebase.

  • Work with your squad to understand customer needs, explore solutions, and ship iteratively.

  • Contribute to system design, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement.

  • Review code, participate in pairing sessions, and help raise the bar for quality.

  • Take part in monitoring and incident response to ensure a robust and performant product.

Our stack:

  • Backend: Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, PostgreSQL

  • Frontend: React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS

  • Infrastructure: Docker, Terraform, CI/CD

  • Monitoring: Datadog, Sentry

We’re not looking for experts in everything, we value adaptability, clean code, and a product-driven mindset.

Profil recherché

  • Lives in France.

  • Has 4+ years of experience in a full stack environment, ideally on a Ruby on Rails SPA application.

  • A solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and web architecture.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with Product, Design, and other Engineers.

  • Pragmatism, you know when to ship fast and when to sweat the details.

  • Brings a positive attitude, curiosity, and drive to help others grow.
