Le projet de M Éducation part d’une vision simple : réinventer l’éducation pour la rendre plus innovante et accessible à tous.

Depuis 2017, M Éducation a à cœur de créer un nouveau modèle d'école maternelle qui offre à chaque enfant une éducation personnalisée et contribue à la réduction des inégalités scolaires grâce à notre Fondation.

Nous avons actuellement 7 écoles maternelles (Paris 5ᵉ, 11ᵉ, 14ᵉ, 15ᵉ, 19ᵉ, 20ᵉ et Clichy).

L'école M a été fondée par une équipe passionnée et expérimentée :

  • Stéphane Le Viet : serial entrepreneur (Multiposting, Work4, Legalstart, Ekie)
  • Maxime Faguer : business développement (Bpifrance) et éducation (Article 1).

Aujourd'hui, cette équipe se compose d'une cinquantaine de personnes passionnées par l'éducation et désireux du changement.

Job Description

About École M École M is a network of 6 bilingual and innovative preschools in Paris, built around 5 pedagogical pillars: personalised teaching, active learning, socio-emotional development, family-school relationships and bilingualism.

Responsibilities

  • Teach in English in a mixed-age classroom (ages 3–6) alongside a French-speaking colleague

  • Develop the class work plan in line with the school project and national curriculum

  • Define individualised academic and socio-emotional learning goals for each child

  • Maintain regular communication with families, colleagues and students

  • Contribute to the network's development and collaborate with researchers, designers and fellow educators

Preferred Experience

Requirements

  • Significant preschool teaching experience, ideally across different countries or school systems

  • Warm, passionate, rigorous, creative and organised

  • Comfortable with digital and collaborative tools

  • Native or near-native English speaker
