Join Dastra’s Sales Team and Drive Our Growth!

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a talented Sales Account Executive to help us acquire new clients and drive business growth in the Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland) and Benelux (the Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg) markets.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Qualify leads, ensuring a structured follow-up process.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.

  • Identify & develop new business opportunities, both inbound and outbound, targeting SMEs and large enterprises.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, guiding them from the initial approach to defining project needs and negotiating deals.

  • Become an expert in Dastra’s software, explaining its features and latest developments with enthusiasm.

  • Attend industry events and trade shows, engaging with prospects and clients both remotely and on-site.

  • Utilize sales tools effectively (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to optimize outreach and pipeline management.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives that contribute to company growth.

Profil recherché

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Account Executive (M/F) with the following qualifications:

  • Graduated from a top business school or with a degree in law (or ideally both).

  • Proven track record of success in SaaS solution sales, demonstrating consistent overachievement of targets.

  • Experience in launching and developing new markets, with a strong understanding of business expansion strategies.

  • Fluent professional English is a must, along with at least one native language from the target markets (Nordics or Benelux).

  • A hunter mindset, eager to contribute to a growing company and close high-value deals.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales, with expertise in IT, SaaS, or consulting.

  • Strong autonomy and mastery of sales methodologies.

  • A curious, proactive, and highly communicative personality.

  • A resilient and challenge-driven attitude with a commitment to achieving results.

  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events and local trade shows.

  • Ambition for internal career growth, with strong potential for managerial evolution based on performance.
