Daisy is at 50 clients and accelerating fast. Agathe, our Account Executive, is a star closer. Your job: make sure she never runs out of qualified pipeline. You'll work hand in hand with her — and directly with Louise, Founder & CEO — to fuel our commercial growth at a critical moment.
🚀 Your missions
Pipeline generation — your #1 priority
Identify and target the right ICP profiles through research, LinkedIn, Instagram, events, and existing databases.
Build and maintain a clean, structured leads database in our CRM.
Run high-volume outreach via email, cold call, and social media — with creativity and personalization.
Test new growth channels and optimize conversion at every step of the funnel.
Business Development — go further than leads
Identify and activate partnership opportunities (marketplaces, networks, associations) to generate inbound leads at scale.
Represent Daisy at relevant events and build your own network in the creative industry.
Feed Agathe with context-rich, well-qualified leads.
Strategy & iteration
Track your outreach performance rigorously and share weekly learnings with the team.
Bring fresh ideas on ICP targeting, messaging, and channels — we're still early, your input shapes the playbook.
