Full-Stack Software Engineer

About

We started Corma because we were tired of watching IT teams drown in the same avoidable chaos: chasing down who has access to what, cleaning up after people who left months ago, discovering tools nobody remembers signing up for. Behind every messy spreadsheet is a person losing hours they'll never get back. We think they deserve better tools.

That's what we're building: context-aware identity & access infrastructure that gives IT teams one place to govern every identity lifecycle  (people, software, and now agents too) . But underneath the product, this is really a bet on people: that a small, sharp, genuinely curious team can build something that quietly gives thousands of humans their time back.

We closed a $4.2M round at the end of 2025, and we're growing, not just the product, but the team building it, across Europe and the US. If you want to work somewhere that moves fast and lets your work actually reach people, come build Corma with us.
We’re based in Paris, but with a few team members scattered across the world since day one... different time zones, same ring.

Job Description

About our Tech team 🦸

Our Tech team is at the heart of innovation and evolution of our solution, dedicated to helping IT and Security teams. We are responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of our platform, ensuring to offer an exceptional user experience while meeting the highest technical requirements. You will work within a dynamic team composed of our CTO, 2 experienced Full-stack Tech Leads (ex-Aircall & 2x founder) with a combined 30 years of experience, a seasoned AI tech lead (ex TheFork, BeReal) and 2 top-performing engineers. It is an amazing opportunity to be part of and learn from a senior tech team with top profiles while building up your ownership on key projects.

We are looking for a mid-level Full Stack Engineer - NodeJS & React - highly well-versed in using AI to assist in their day-to-day.

Join us in revolutionizing access management for IT and security teams!

Your Mission

  • Take the driver's seat in bringing our product to the next level, from crafting an amazing frontend to building an efficient, scalable backend architecture. You'll even have the opportunity to discuss directly with our customers.

  • Own the full product lifecycle: participate in product specifications for our applications and features, then build them end-to-end and see them all the way through prod deploy.

  • Leverage and challenge how AI assists our engineering team in their day-to-day and implement new best practices, tools, and skills to drive speed.

  • Be creative: research and implement new technologies that give us a competitive edge, and be a driving force behind new internal tools and integrations.

  • Guarantee code quality: act as the guarantor of code quality, performance, scalability — writing unit and functional tests to keep our systems resilient and performing PR reviews. Quality is everyone's responsibility and cannot be sacrificed.

  • Manage infrastructure: supervise our system infrastructure to ensure functionality, efficiency, and scaling of our data processing capabilities as we grow to tens of thousands of users. We want team members with ownership across the board.

Tech Stack & Core Responsibilities

Backend

  • Design and develop new services and REST APIs in Node.js, using several ORMs and data connectors (Prisma, Kysely), various frameworks (NestJS, oRPC) with a contract-first approach.

  • Build data flows to synchronize different ecosystems: Asynchronous event-driven systems, backed by AMQP and EventBridge, Node.js cron jobs and Lambda functions.

  • Integrate and connect with internal and external third-party partners, developing and maintaining hundreds of various connectors at the core of Corma data aggregation strategy using innovative agentic approaches.

Frontend

  • Develop features and UI components with React x TypeScript (Next.js, Vite), backed by top-tier libraries like Tanstack router, ShadCN, tailwind and Tanstack query

Ecosystem

  • AI-driven development is required at Corma; we will put at your disposal Claude, Cursor or any other tool upon request.

  • You'll be working with Github, Linear, AWS, Heroku, Vercel, Doppler and many other tools

Preferred Experience

What you bring 🌱

  • Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience in a software engineering role but more importantly, the ability to show some cool software projects you have worked on in the past, we want to see what thrills you.

  • Well-versed in AI-driven full-stack development and using the new technologies at your disposal to 3x your productivity.

  • Deep exposure to full-stack engineering and Cloud knowledge (AWS skills are a big plus)

  • Web Development: very comfortable with ReactJS, TypeScript and overall front-end development.

  • Database architecture knowledge with SQL

  • Professional English proficiency (we work in English)

Other elements we are looking for

  • Excellent communication skills, it’s tough but vital to be able to communicate around tech

  • Able to work with a high level of autonomy

  • A strong willingness to try and learn

  • Highly rigorous and proactive mindset
