Job Description

As an Account Executive at Corma, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by managing and expanding our client portfolio across the UK. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify Potential Clients: Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers and overcome objections to book sales appointments and grow revenue.

  • Market Trends Analysis: Help to identify and qualify leads/sales opportunities from marketing campaigns.

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients using tools like Sales Navigator and various outreach methods (email, LinkedIn, etc.);

  • Pipeline Management: Ensure the sales pipeline remains full and active by regularly adding new prospects and following up with existing leads;

  • Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives and co-founder & CEO Héloïse.

Preferred Experience

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Creative and Ambitious: You enjoy working with a driven team that aims to grow.

  • Proactive: You take initiative and are not afraid to get your hands dirty. You create structures where they are not yet in place and take immediate action when an opportunity arises.

  • Sales Experience: Ideally, you have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales within an IT or tech environment.

  • Country Knowledge: You have experience in the UK software industry.

  • Technical Interest: You can quickly grasp technical concepts and have an interest in them, though you don't need to be an engineer. Ideally, you are used to selling a technical product.

  • Languages: You speak English fluently, other languages are a plus.
