Corma is looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven Business Development Representative to kick-start our sales operations in Germany, with a focus on prospection, pipeline growth, and strategic sales.
You are joining Corma at an exciting moment, with a fresh fundraise in our back, we have started building a sales team that you will actively shape and drive forward. Now is the time to scale up up on all levels, pushed by a strong tech solution that has product-market-fit we are now scaling across teams to tackle markets in Europe and the US. Together with our German co-founder Nikolai, you will spearhead the expansion into the German-speaking markets.

Identify Potential Clients: Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers and overcome objections to book sales appointments and grow revenue.
Market Trends Analysis: Help to identify and qualify leads/sales opportunities from marketing campaigns.
Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients using tools like Sales Navigator and various outreach methods (email, LinkedIn, etc.);
Pipeline Management: Ensure the sales pipeline remains full and active by regularly adding new prospects and following up with existing leads;
Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives and co-founder Nikolai.
