Créée en 2016, Connecting Food est une startup B2B de la Foodtech, qui développe et commercialise auprès des acteurs de l’agroalimentaire (grande distribution, marques, industriels, coopératives) une solution SaaS de gestion de la supply chain, de traçabilité et d’audit digital, utilisant la technologie blockchain et les digital twins. 🚀

La solution répond également à la demande croissante des consommateurs de transparence et au besoin de l’industrie agroalimentaire de répondre aux enjeux de sustainability et d’améliorer l’efficience dans les supply chains.

L'équipe est actuellement basée à Paris dans un espace de coworking (Morning), place de la République et elle est composée de 21 personnes. 💪

Connecting Food commercialise et déploie déjà sa solution auprès de clients majeurs de l’industrie agroalimentaire en France, en Italie et dans de nombreux pays européen ainsi que outre-Atlantique. 🗺️

About

As a Product Operations Intern, you'll be a crucial part of our product development team, assisting with various tasks to support our operations. You will play an active role in streamlining our product development processes, helping to collect and analyze quantitative data, assist in creating platform documentation, and manage essential product tools.

Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, this internship provides a unique opportunity for you to directly contribute to the company's growth and offers a path to success in the Product realm. Your work will help ensure that our products are data-driven, efficient, and aligned with market needs. This internship serves as a stepping stone towards a potential future in product, providing you with the chance to learn from experienced professionals and gain valuable skills.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Operations Intern, you will be an integral part of our product operations team, responsible for a range of tasks that support our product development and management efforts. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Collect and Recuperate Quantitative Data: Gather and analyze quantitative data to provide valuable insights that drive data-driven decision-making in product development.

  • Help Create Platform Documentation: Assist in the creation of clear and comprehensive platform documentation that outlines product features, processes, and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage & Put in Place Product Tools: Collaborate with the team to implement and manage essential product tools and software to support the product development process.

  • Help Ensure Communication: Play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication within the product team, ensuring that all team members are aligned on project goals and timelines.

  • Help with the Piloting of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results): Contribute to setting, tracking, and achieving key objectives to measure the success and progress of our product initiatives.

  • Overseeing Quality Assurance Checks on New Features: Ensure that new product features meet rigorous quality standards by coordinating testing and validation.

  • Working Closely with Customer Support and Tech: Collaborate with our CSM and tech team to ensure our products meet customer expectations and improve the overall customer experience.

  • Facilitating User Interviews and Other Market Research: Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and conduct market research to better understand customer needs.

In addition to the core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to engage in the following tasks:

  • Developing Business Processes: Contribute to the development and improvement of business processes to enhance efficiency in product development.

  • Onboarding for New Joiners: Support the onboarding process for new team members, helping them integrate into the product operations workflow and culture.

  • Product Operations Projects you Proactively Identify: Suggest and pilot new product initiatives, giving you the chance to create an impactful difference on the product, and enhance your analytical and creative skillset.

Profil recherché

  • Currently pursuing an end of year internship.

  • Speaks English (at least working proficiency) and French (at least b2).

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and relevant software tools is a plus.

  • An eagerness to learn and a passion for contributing to the success of innovative products.
