What is Conception.dev

Conception.dev empowers tech teams to easily generate software specifications to better orchestrate agents to deliver production ready code.

By helping product designers generate quickly wireframes and user scenarios quickly, we reduce the cost to properly specify what software should behave, so that Coding agents can easily implement it.

Our goal is to bridge the gap between vibe-coding hype and production-ready applications.

We are a new French startup with three experienced founders (Daniel, Louis and Raphaël) and we've just raised over €2.5 million and we’re shipping fast. You'll be the first employee!

Job Description

We're looking for our first frontend developer who will play a key role in designing and developing our platform. You'll work closely with us to design the product experience and build the product.

Responsibilities

  • Frontend development of our platform (Svelte)

  • UX/UI design of user interfaces

  • Help decide what we build and how we build it

What we offer

  • Compensation is 60-90k€ + equity (0.3-0.7%)

  • We move fast and we committed to ship product features to iterate with our community

  • Work closely with our first clients on defining how developers interact with AI tools

  • Flexibility: 50% remote / 50% on-site in Paris (2ème arrondissement)

Preferred Experience

  • Frontend development expertise (with good skills in Svelte or ability to learn very fast)

  • Strong UX/UI design skills

  • Frontend code performance optimization

  • Get why AI coding is messy

  • Want to build something from scratch

  • Want to ship fast great product

  • French is not mandatory but is preferred

Recruitment Process

  1. Take home assignment on a design oriented deliverable

  2. One to one with CTO for a one hour technical interview that includes live coding (AI tools authorized, e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
