Colonies réinvente l’expérience d’habitation dans les grandes villes grâce à plusieurs formes de locations meublées et entièrement équipées : coliving, colocation et habitat individuel, un ensemble de service inclus dans le loyer final (eau, électricité, chauffage, ménage, internet haut débit, …) et un parcours de réservation 100% en ligne.
Depuis sa création, Colonies s’emploie à construire la première plateforme de logements permettant à des investisseurs de renom (Ares Management, LBO France, CDC Habitat, In’li, etc.) de déployer simplement et massivement des capitaux immobiliers. Pour cela, Colonies se charge pour eux de sourcer, designer, rénover, meubler et opérer tout actif résidentiel en s’inscrivant dans une démarche à impact fort.
À ce jour, Colonies offre plus de 180 appartements et maisons à plus de 1 300 locataires, à Paris, Lille, Bordeaux, Marseille, Nantes, Fontainebleau, en Belgique à Bruxelles et en Allemagne à Berlin. Son équipe, basée à Paris et Berlin, compte 100 collaborateurs.

Job Description

Colonies is a leading real estate and property management company operating in France, Belgium and Berlin, Germany. Our team, comprised of experts in real estate, renovation, and operations, is dedicated to providing great housing solutions. We are currently seeking a RevOps Specialist to join our Revenue team.

As a Sales Development Representative at Colonies, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company by contacting and qualifying potential leads and opportunities. You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the application process to one of our housing solutions. The primary goal of this role is to convert leads into opportunities then actual tenants for our sales team, ultimately contributing to revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead qualification:
    • Contact every lead allocated to you from our acquisition channels via our CRM (Salesforce) using multiple channels (phone, email, sms/whatsapp business)

    • Pitch our product and qualify the lead’s profile / research by using Colonies tools (website, knowledge base, back-office)

    • Potentially offer alternative solutions in other Colonies residences

    • Document properly the Sales notes & status of the lead in our CRM (Salesforce)

    • Follow-up each lead at every status of the sales process (new lead, lead to chase, follow-up needed, qualified lead)

  • Application Review:
    • Monitor the progress of applications by checking the status of the application (number of documents submitted and validity of documents)

    • Check the validity of documents provided by the potential customers

  • Reporting:
    • Send applications with valid documents to Colonies Sales team

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and lead status in Salesforce

    • Provide insights and feedback to the Sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and qualification processes





Objectives:

Maximize the qualification & conversion rate, while maintaining our SLA in lead treatment (contact a new lead within 24h). Incentive will be based on the number of valid applications sent to the Sales team in charge of closing.

Fixed term contract (CDD), ideally from June to September.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service role, preferably in a B2C environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with prospects

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
