We are looking for an experienced and committed Senior Business Developer to contribute to the successful growth and development of our business operations in Germany. You will work in a dynamic environment, closely collaborating with the CEO on impactful projects. You'll bring your sense of responsibility to each project you lead, becoming part of a human-scale adventure.

๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Enrich and qualify the prospect database to identify leads (email campaigns, cold calling, etc.)

  • Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals)

  • Secure qualified meetings with decision-makers

  • Negotiate and close B2B contracts

  • Manage and update the CRM (Hubspot)

Sales Strategy

  • Develop and propose a comprehensive sales strategy, defining key objectives

  • Design tailored response plans based on identified needs

  • Structure the sales pitch and deliver client presentations

  • Ensure the effective implementation of the strategy

  • Collaborate with the communication and marketing teams for a 360-degree approach

Preferred Experience

๐Ÿ‘ค Desired Profile

  • You have at least 5 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS

  • You hold a higher education degree in business (masterโ€™s level)

  • You are a salesperson at heart, proactive, and take initiative

  • You are autonomous and fully understand the entire sales process, with confidence in closing deals

  • You are highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing a diverse and large portfolio of client accounts

  • You are fluent in both German and English (French is highly appreciated)

  • You are proficient in Sales Navigator, Hubspot, and the Microsoft Office Suite
