About
Bixoto is a tech company building an integrated commerce platform where AI is native to the stack, not added on top of a third-party store.
Over the last five years, we built the hard parts first: our own storefront, product and supplier data platform, order orchestration layer, warehouse management system, and internal backoffice. Today we operate in France and Spain, work with 50+ suppliers, manage a catalog normalized across 500k+ products, and run multi-country logistics on software we built ourselves.
The company was bootstrapped for almost six years. We grew to around €10M in annual revenue with a team of fewer than 10 people, then closed a €1M seed round to accelerate the next phase.
That next phase is our most ambitious one yet: building the first fully integrated agentic commerce platform. Our challenge now is not to add an AI layer on top of somebody else’s system. It is to use the infrastructure we already own, improve the data and automation underneath it, and turn that foundation into a much more powerful company.
How we build
Bixoto is, above all, a technology company.
We believe a small team can achieve very large goals when each person is empowered to help build the company, not just execute tickets. We believe great technology creates leverage: with the right systems, data, and tooling, a handful of people can do work that would require much larger teams elsewhere.
This shapes how we work:
we keep teams small and give people real ownership
we build internal systems when they create long-term leverage
we care about automation because developer time is the main bottleneck
we expect people to challenge what exists, test assumptions, and propose better ways to do things
This is a challenging environment. You will continuously learn new things, work on problems across multiple layers of the stack, and have a visible impact on the company.
