Fondée début 2021 à Paris par 4 co-fondateurs de 3 nationalités, Coachello a depuis le premier jour un ADN très international. Tout a commencé en vivant l'expérience de se faire coacher qui a ensuite déclenchée l'envie d'en faire une entreprise centrée autour du coaching.

Notre mission est d'accompagner les entreprises dans le déploiement de programmes d'accompagnement de Talents en collectif ou en individuel en combinant Humain, Tech et IA. En plus du coaching humain, notre vision avec l’IA coach est de pouvoir offrir du coaching à l’ensemble des Talents d’une organisation à une fraction du cout du coaching humain à l'aide d'une application intégrée dans l’environnement de travail (MS Teams ou Slack). Cette IA conversationnelle, entrainée comme un coach professionnel de niveau ICF PCC et personnalisable pour chaque entreprise révolutionne le learning.

As an SDR at Coachello, your role is to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers in the HR, L&D, and Talent world. Your impact will be direct and measurable — filling the top of the funnel with high-quality opportunities that turn into long-term partnerships.

🧩 What You’ll Do

🔍 Prospecting & Outreach

  • Identify key decision-makers (CHROs, Heads of L&D, Talent Directors…) in target companies.

  • Launch thoughtful, multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.

  • Research company contexts and tailor your messages to resonate with their specific challenges.

🤝 Lead Qualification & Discovery

  • Engage prospects in discovery calls to uncover pain points and fit with Coachello's solutions.

  • Understand their current talent development strategy and how coaching (human or AI) could amplify it.

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

đź’ˇ Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain clear records in Hubspot, track your KPIs, and keep the pipeline healthy.

  • Share prospect feedback with the broader team to improve messaging, targeting, and product fit.

🌱 Collaborate & Learn

  • Work closely with Marketing to test new messaging and lead gen strategies.

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Founding teams to shape our GTM strategy in a fast-moving market.

  • Stay sharp on industry trends (HRTech, L&D, coaching, AI, future of work).

Profil recherché

🧠 Who You Are

  • A native French speaker with professional English — or the reverse.

  • 2+ year of experience in sales, business development, consulting or lead generation (ideally in SaaS, HRTech, or a startup).

  • You’re proactive, structured, and have a hunter mindset — you love the thrill of the chase.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication: you know how to get attention and build trust fast.

  • Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Notion, and email sequencing tools.

  • You’re coachable, curious, and genuinely excited to grow fast and learn every day.

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, and are autonomous
