Job Description

As we develop our platform and ecosystem, we seek a talented Chief of Staff to support our operations and business development efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to grow alongside our company and shape the future of quantum computing.

What you will be doing:

  • Operations Support: Collaborate with the leadership team to streamline day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and decision-making processes.

  • Business Development: Analyze growth opportunities, identify potential partners, and contribute to generating new business for the company.

  • Strategic Planning: Assist in setting strategic objectives and aligning projects with aqora’s long-term vision.

  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serve as a bridge between different teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across departments.

  • Product Enhancement: Work closely with the product team to understand customer feedback and drive product improvements that meet client needs.

Preferred Experience

What you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, operations, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand and interpret data.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

  • Background or interest in deep tech and startups.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

  • Ability to work well as part of a team and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
