Notre parcours a commencé en 2019, au Lloyd’s Lab, le principal accélérateur InsurTech de Londres, et à Station F, Paris, où notre équipe de data scientists, d’ingénieurs logiciels et de chefs de produit a développé les solutions révolutionnaires d’Allphins pour les réassureurs. Notre solution est une plateforme SaaS permettant aux (ré)assureurs de comprendre efficacement leurs risques beaucoup plus rapidement et avec plus de précision que jamais auparavant, favorisant une prise de décision éclairée lors de la souscription.

Aujourd’hui, nous sommes une équipe internationale, rentable et en pleine croissance, avec une présence au Royaume-Uni, aux États-Unis, en Allemagne, en France et en Suisse. Nous servons plus de 25 réassureurs à travers le monde dans tous les principaux secteurs commerciaux et spécialisés — y compris la propriété, l’énergie, le maritime, le risque politique, la responsabilité civile, la cybernétique, l’aviation et le terrorisme.

Job Description

As our first Product Designer, you’ll work with data engineers and (re)insurance experts to solve problems no one else is tackling, bringing structure and clarity to our customers, seasoned risk professionals at some of the world’s top (re)insurance companies.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the user discovery process to identify our clients’ needs through workshops, user behavior analysis, UX audits of features, and more.

  • Turn abstract complexity into clean, actionable UX and UI interfaces using Figma, design systems, and rapid prototyping.

  • Run user testing and A/B experiments to validate the usability and relevance of your designs.

  • Work closely with product, tech, and data teams to implement user journeys and deliver an optimized experience.

  • Ensure continuous improvement of UX/UI guidelines and design standards.

  • Contribute to the creation of marketing assets and web design materials.

Preferred Experience

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and pragmatic designer with a strong analytical mindset. You’ll thrive in Allphins if you’re obsessed with simplifying complex systems and creating intuitive, user-friendly solutions for high-impact digital products.

  • Academic background: You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field (UX/UI Design, etc.) from a design or business school, providing a strong theoretical foundation.

  • UX/UI Design experience: You have 4+ years of successful experience designing SaaS platforms or data products, and a strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking.

  • Industry knowledge: You have a good understanding of insurance, fintech, or complex B2B platforms.

  • Technical expertise: You are proficient in tools like Figma, Notion, Confluence/Jira and experienced with design systems.

  • Interpersonal skills: You think in systems, communicate clearly, and thrive in collaborative work with clients and your peers.

  • Fluent in English and French.
