Our journey began in 2019, at the Lloyd's Lab, London's premier InsurTech accelerator, and at Station F, Paris where our team of skilled Data Scientists, Software Engineers and Product Managers developed Allphins groundbreaking solutions for (re)insurers.

Our solution is a SAAS platform enabling (re)insurers to effectively understand their risks much faster and more accurately than ever before, empowering fact-based decisions making during underwriting.

We’ve had some big achievements. We work with some of the largest (re)insurers in the world and have launched two market-leading products within the space. Join Allphins and working closely with the founding team to continue developing this market leading solution. 

Once here you will:

  • Become the first Account Manager in the commercial team, working closely with the founders to expand the business

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships that foster trust and client satisfaction.

  • Proactively identify and execute upsell opportunities within the existing client base

  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to understand client needs, usage patterns, and satisfaction levels, ensuring a smooth transition from onboarding to growth stages.

  • Develop strategic account growth plans, aligning clients’ evolving needs with Allphins’ offerings, and prepare quarterly business reviews with key accounts to reinforce value and assess upsell opportunities

  • Consistently build champions and develop relationships with stakeholders within your accounts, whilst leveraging the founders to create exec stakeholder relationships and expand revenue

  • Track client interactions, upsell opportunities, and account progress, maintaining detailed records to forecast growth potential accurately.

  • Gather client insights and feedback, working closely with Product teams to refine our offerings based on real-world use cases and market demands.

  • Understand deeply the challenges your prospective clients face related to aggregating and processing risk, and learn to position the Allphins solution appropriately across multiple lines of business

What you bring:

  • 4+ years in account management, preferably in the B2B SaaS, FinTech or InsureTech space.

  • Motivation for rapid development and an eagerness to work closely with the founders of a scaling business

  • Adaptability to succeed in a fast paced, high growth environment where the answer is not always clear 

  • Proven track record in managing upsells and strong ability to identify revenue growth opportunities within an existing client base, closing high 5 figure and 6 figure deals in your last roles

  • A disciplined, methodical and process driven sales approach – you’ll be skilled in managing time and resources; leveraging internal stakeholders to support your ability when closing deals

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with senior-level executives and key stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, identify upsell triggers, and develop account growth strategies.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and experience in data-driven or analytics platforms is a plus.

  • Highly motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Preferred Experience

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with the insurance or risk management industry is highly desirable; experience in specialty insurance is a plus

  • Knowledge of the insurance and/or re-insurance space
