THE TEAM

Team Name & Location: The North American Key Account Management team, primarily based in New York, covering the US and Canada markets.

Team Composition: You will lead a growing department of approximately 15+ members, including team leads for Mid-Market/SMB and a direct team of Enterprise KAMs. You will manage the integration of talents following our merger with VWO, including global counterparts in India. Stakeholders include the VP of Sales NORAM, Executive leadership in Paris.

Role Overview: You will be a "builder-leader" responsible for merging two global KAM organizations, driving retention and expansion revenue across our North American enterprise portfolio.

Tech Stack & Tools: Salesforce (CRM), Gong (Revenue Intelligence), Slack, Google Workspace, and the AB Tasty & VWO experimentation suites.

Additional Information: This role requires a strong executive presence for on-site client visits, industry conferences, and periodic travel to our Paris HQ.


YOUR MISSION

Manage the post-merger integration of VWO and AB Tasty account management teams, harmonizing processes and cultures to create a unified North American KAM organization.

Build and maintain high-level "Executive Sponsor" relationships with C-level stakeholders at our most strategic Enterprise accounts to ensure long-term retention.

Drive a "sales-first" culture within the existing business, focusing on identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and hitting aggressive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets.

Lead the evolution of our North American market coverage strategy, navigating the complexities of a combined product roadmap and a "fast and curious" global environment.

Liaise with the VP of Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure client feedback directly influences the post-merger product evolution.

Act as a key representative and advocate for the North American market, blending entrepreneurial spirit with disciplined executive leadership to disrupt the digital experience space.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Proven experience in leading commercial or sales teams within the SaaS, MarTech, or Digital Experimentation industry, specifically at the VP or Senior Director level.

Confidence in managing complex "change management" scenarios, such as mergers or acquisitions, and leading diverse teams across multiple time zones (including India and the US).

Eagerness to be a hands-on builder who can develop processes from scratch while maintaining a high-level strategic vision and a strong hunter mindset for account growth.
