THE TEAM

Team Name & Location: Customer Success team, based in Cologne, with a possible secondary option in Paris for German-speaking candidates.

Team Composition: Customer-facing team managing a portfolio of around 20 accounts, collaborating closely with internal teams including Product and Analytics, as well as key account clients.

Role Overview: This is a Customer Success Manager role in a SaaS environment, focused on managing and growing existing client relationships through strategic, long-term support that helps clients achieve their KPIs through the platform.

Tech Stack & Tools: AB Tasty platform, A/B testing and personalization tools, reporting and KPI analysis dashboards, and collaboration with Product and Analytics teams.

Additional Information: Priority location is the Cologne area with 2 days per week in the office; occasional travel within Germany is expected.


YOUR MISSION

  • Manage a portfolio of customers, maximizing expansion while minimizing churn.

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key account clients to ensure long-term success and loyalty.

  • Drive customer engagement, adoption, and performance by providing strategic consulting on testing and personalization optimization.

  • Lead workshops, CRO meetings, trainings, and technical implementations to enhance customer experience.

  • Liaise with internal teams, including Product and Analytics, to provide feedback, share insights, and contribute to product evolution.

  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to both C-levels and end-users.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management for SaaS companies.

  • Confidence in customer consulting, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable marketing plans.

  • Eagerness to proactively drive customer success, foster adoption, and contribute to business growth.
