Job Description

As a talented and inspiring Product Marketing Manager - Hiring solutions, you will report directly to our Head of Product Marketing and be responsible for leading our marketing strategy for our hiring products. This includes : i) leading the product marketing strategy for Welcome Kit, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ii) identifying, developing and marketing relationships with ecosystem partners that support our Job Board and our ATS. You will work in tight relation with the whole marketing department (Brand Marketing and Growth Marketing), as well as with other teams across the company (Product and Business).

Here’s a snapshot of your future responsibilities:

  • Positioning & Strategy: Create powerful product value propositions, based on B2B customer segmentation, competitive data and market trends
  • Sales enablement: Create internal content to support Sales and Account Manager team (Product presentation deck, product sheet, demo script, battle cards, etc)
  • Partner Identification: Identify and prioritise key partners to integrate to our product, based on customer segmentation, competitive data and market trends
  • Partner Relationship Management: Initiate, develop and sustain strategic relationships with partners that generate reciprocal value in the long run
  • Messaging & Storytelling: Develop content that articulates the benefits of our products and of our partnerships for all key marketing channels (from website pages to product videos, emails, event activations, media campaigns, etc.)
  • Go-to-market Strategy: Build plans that support product and feature adoption and retention, leveraging all relevant channels in collaboration with Growth Marketing team
  • *Roadmap Planning & Support: *collaborate with the Product team to support product roadmap and help identify improvement opportunities
  • *Tracking & Reporting: *Assess the effectiveness of your marketing programs, partnership strategy and identify new opportunities to fill product gaps or create net new business opportunities that deliver value to our users

Our Product Marketing Manager would be someone with:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role in fast-paced, Saas or digital environments
  • A strong interest in product development and engineering
  • Track record in launching new products and optimizing existing product offering
  • Experience in building mutually beneficial relationships with partners
  • Stellar marketing skills and mastery of value proposition creation
  • Excellent communication skills, both in French and English

In addition, the Product Marketing Manager would have to present the following qualities and mindset:
