Our team has successfully produced the first “in-(DRAM) memory processor” (aka Processing In Memory or PIM) solution, which accelerates massively data-intensive calculations - typically 15x -, while shrinking cost and energy footprint - typically 10x -, for big data and AI apps in the datacenter and edge computing.

Job Description

UPMEM is looking for a passionate, oustanding Marketing & Business Associate to support marketing and business development. If you appreciate working on innovation, have a team spirit and enjoy moving forward and efficiency, your place is with UPMEM.
You’ll work closely with the business development manager and will handle :

Market Study:
Grow and maintain a market study identifying high potential companies within target segments : Genomics, AI, Analytics, for NA, EU and APAC markets
Find best contacts for point of entry within selected companies and mark down relevant topics of interest and past works
Identify key prospects/partners by scanning press release, paper submissions and conferences

Business development:
Provide a first level of answer to external inquiries and funnel requests to the relevant internal experts
Personalize and send a first prospection email to identified prospects
Facilitate meetings, reporting and communications with all relevant stakeholders
Track and monitor all on-going project discussions, using the CRM and tracking tables. Report on advancement and inform management on milestone and lead advancement
Contribute to the commercial proposals redaction
Manage follow-up / revivals on past contacts

Marketing:
Create and manage with all parties marketing initiatives such as hackathon, workshops or presentations organized by the company
Enrich the website with content, graphics or page modifications or renew the website to best reflect the latest company’s progress
Bring the company’s documentation to the next level, cooperate with designers and consultants to create or improve sales and marketing materials : PPTs, tech paper, brochure, product document, use case presentation, tech notes, etc.
Communicate updates, events and achievements on all available channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, press, etc.)
Locate, select, prepare and attend relevant exhibitions and business events

Preferred Experience

Business School graduate, with 1-3 years experience in the same position. You must have a strong interest in deep tech.
Your English proficiency allows you to work in a dense international environment,
You are motivated, rigorous, dynamic, you show autonomy and organization, and you respect confidentiality.
