Job Description

In order to support our tech and business international growth, we are looking for an HR and talent acquisition manager to support our team based in France and around the world.

You will be responsible for talent development, international talent acquisition (mainly in France but also worldwide), and HR operations to ensure the success of our 25 employees and our organization. Our HR tools include Payfit, recruitment platforms, Alan, allowing for ultra efficient HR management.

Preferred Experience

*What you will do *

HR operations, including but not limited to:

📌You coordinate and manage the update of personnel files in our HR platform Payfit (DPAE, follow-up of medical visits, residence permit, sick leave, etc.)
📌You do the monthly payslips on Payfit, including forein payslips, with the finance manager
📌You prepare and lead annual interviews for performance evaluation
📌You manage the training and development plan
📌You participate in the team building event organization of the company (afterwork, outings)

Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

📌You are our key responsible for recruitment. You’ll lead the whole recruiting process from talent sourcing, organizing and conducting interviews, following up to on-boarding and following their integration
📌You participate in recruitment plans. You create job descriptions. You work with our R&D and business teams
📌You publish and follow up these offers on different recruiting platforms
📌You manage 3rd party recruitment
📌You manage the employment contracts. You may also need to help our foreign new hires with their integration process (e.g. visa & work permission applications and other administration)
📌You follow on the integration process

What we need to see

📌You have 3 years of solid experience working on recruitment and other HR or organizational operations.
📌You have necessarily a background experience in similar sectors (semiconductors, IT, hardware/software service...).
📌You are familiar with recruiting channels and other HR tools
📌You speak French and English fluently. You can communicate properly, in both oral & written languages, with our candidats from worldwide (mainly France, EU, US, and also the rest of the world)
📌You are motivated, rigorous, dynamic, you show autonomy and organization, and you respect confidentiality
📌You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and know how to prioritize tasks
