Job Description

  • Lead the ideation process with all the stakeholders.
  • Gather users’ feedback and talk with our ops teams to enrich our product backlog which you own.
  • Define a roadmap and prove its performance - establish a clear and impactful quarterly roadmap for its squad and prove its impact on the objective.
  • Follow up features from conception to delivery - from insights to user stories to releases, specify and test your features, ensuring they are launched properly.
  • Ensure a smooth sprint execution, and ensure our delivery is smooth and our backlog is always tidy.
  • Create a test/learn mindset where you test three iterations before you build one, tracking the features’ metrics and iterating on those.

Preferred Experience

  • You have 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company.
  • You are proficient in both written and oral English.
  • You are always able to put yourself in a user's shoes and keen to continuously deepen your understanding of their detailed daily work: why, how and when could they increase their company's output through the use of our technology?
  • You are comfortable working extensively with remote users and teams: systematic usage of writing for communicating with teammates, in the clearest and most detailed form; esp. through our project management tools (Clubhouse) and other apps we’re using internally for documenting and brainstorming (google drive).
  • You are happy to communicate and share your own new ideas, whilst feeling comfortable asking questions that you may believe are trivial or odd.
  • You are creative, audacious and want to 'move fast and break things'.
  • You are aesthetically aware: design and user friendliness.
  • You have a strong engineering or scientific background, or you are self-taught and passionate about technology.
  • You are willing to both conduct thorough testing and carry out quality assessment of shipped features.
