STATION F is the biggest startup campus in the world, backed by Xavier Niel. Open since June 2017 in Paris, we house 1000+ startups. We pride ourselves on being a unique, international, all-inclusive startup space where startups come first. The 34,000 sq meter building also houses a makerspace, an auditorium and other event spaces, restaurants and bars, a pop-up store, on-site services, a post-office and partner offices and programs. In addition, living amenities for 600 entrepreneurs are being built in Ivry sur Seine, 10 minutes away from Station F.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will play an important role in the Partnerships team, being exposed to a wide variety of topics ranging from business development to community building and customer service. This is a customer-facing role that will allow you to interact directly with a large variety of residents and visitors from the Station F community and startup ecosystem. You will be responsible for providing support to the Partnerships team for various projects - including working with our perks database and VC community.
This role provides first-hand experience in business development, community building and customer service. This role is ideal for anyone who wants to expand their network, gain a better understanding of the startup ecosystem and VC landscape.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Support the Partnerships team with various business development projects, including building the perks database and VC community
  • Assistance with analytics and metrics related to various offers
  • Responsible for welcoming and presenting potential partners the Station F community and our various offers
  • Support with developing and rolling-out new offers

Preferred Experience

  • Very organized :)

  • Passionate about startups, previous experience in the startup ecosystem a plus

  • Bilingual French/English required, third language a plus

  • You are efficient and a multitasker that can handle multiple projects at the same time

  • Autonomous, doesn't need to be asked multiple times to complete a task

  • A team-player

  • Positive, self-motivated

  • Good sense of humour

  • Can work under tight deadlines

  • People lover :)

  • Strong interpersonal skills - a good listener

  • Customer-oriented, previous experience in a customer-facing roll a plus
