STATION F is the biggest startup campus in the world, backed by Xavier Niel. Open since June 2017 in Paris, we house 1000+ startups. We pride ourselves on being a unique, international, all-inclusive startup space where startups come first. The 34,000 sq meter building also houses a makerspace, an auditorium and other event spaces, restaurants and bars, a pop-up store, on-site services, a post-office and partner offices and programs. In addition, living amenities for 600 entrepreneurs are being built in Ivry sur Seine, 10 minutes away from Station F.

What you will do

This is a key role in the events team that will provide great business development experience. We are looking for someone with an entry-level profile to join for a 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD) to help us secure sponsors and partners for our various events and help organize visits. This is a customer-facing job that will allow you to enrich your negotiation, sales and customer-relations skills. You will also be able to gain first hand experience in events organization and development.

Responsibilities

-Responsible for drafting sponsorship decks and developing offers

-Responsible for prospecting, contacting and negotiating deals with potential sponsors and partners

-Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with partners and sponsors

-Responsible for managing the organization of all visits

-In charge of contributing to events content and organization

Preferred Experience

This is an entry-level job. Please do not apply if you have more than 2 years of previous full-time work experience.

  • Bilingual English/French mandatory, third language a plus

B) Who are 3 potential sponsors you can contact to sponsor this event and why do you think they will sponsor this event?
C) This event will feature 200-300 attendees by invite-only and some top female entrepreneurs and investors as speakers. Please write a cold email to a potential sponsor to ask if they would be interested in sponsoring this event.
