You will be a crucial part of the Events team at Station F, contributing to all the different events & visits at Station F. The role handles all administrative tasks related to events organization, including handling all incoming requests, estimates, invoices and more. You will play a key and customer-facing roll, interacting with various types of external players as well as Station F partners, startups and service-providers.
This role provides first-hand experience in events organization, with a focus on administrative and logistical aspects. The job is ideal for anyone who is seeking to gain experience in events or administrative work.
-Manage and reply to all incoming offers from external events organizers and the Station F community.
-Manage all space reservations, visits and help the logistics team oversee events installations
-Manage estimate negotiations and invoicing with events organizers and service providers
-Support events team with other administrative tasks including guest lists, authorizations, badge access , budget follow up, quotations
