Rattaché·e à l’équipe Startup Programs & Partnerships, tu seras responsable de la prospection, la qualification, la sélection et la gestion de partenaires pour les différentes offres et initiatives de STATION F.
Ton objectif ? Être l’interlocuteur·rice privilégié·e de partenaires corporates, scale-ups ou startups afin de créer des partenariats pour les initiatives de STATION F incluant nos programmes d'incubation, nos événements, nos bureaux de mentorat et bien d'autres projets uniques.
Tes missions principales seront les suivantes :
- Piloter la stratégie d’acquisition (identifier, contacter, qualifier des leads pour alimenter la base emails du CRM) jusqu’au closing et le lancement de nouveaux partenaires business pour STATION F et ses différents projets.
- Garantir l’amélioration continue des process internes au Pole Startup Programs & Partnerships, et mettre en place des processus d'automatisation et d'amélioration de nos cycles d'acquisition, closing et gestion de nos partenaires.
- Gérer les interactions et coordination avec les autres équipes de STATION F en étant le/la référent.e sur les questions portant à nos partenaires, à leur gestion ainsi que certains espaces à la location du campus STATION F (facturation, contrat, satisfaction etc..)
- Contribuer à la stratégie de développement de nouvelles offres rattachées au Business Development de STATION F et de ses différents projets.

As part of the Startup Programs & Partnerships team, you will be in charge of prospecting, qualifying and selecting STATION F's new partners for a wide variety of different projects and offers.
This role is for someone who already has a good understanding of the startup ecosystem and who will act as a main contact point for a lot of our partners : corporates, scale ups, universities, government organizations and more. You will be in charge of driving STATION F forward by developing and implementing new offers and partnerships with leading organizations.
Your main missions include:
- Managing the whole sales/partnership cycle, from acquisition (Identifying, contacting, and qualifying leads through our CRM email database) to closing, as well as the official launch of new partnerships and projects at STATION F.
- Being in charge of the continual improvement of internal processes for the Startup Programs & Services team, including implementing new tools and process automation.
- Coordinate new partnerships and offers cross-team, as the main contact point for certain offers and partnerships.
- Contribue to new offer development and implementation for the Startup Programs & Partnerships, as well as the wider STATION F team.
