Job Description

Bloomflow is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our efforts in driving scalable growth for our enterprise innovation management platform. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic initiatives to generate high-quality leads, increase revenue, and support our Sales team in exceeding targets. As a key member of our newly formed marketing team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and accelerate revenue growth.

  • Strategize and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including industry conferences, strategic events, client engagement initiatives, email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.

  • Create compelling marketing assets and content tailored to resonate with our target audience.

  • Utilize data-driven insights and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and continuously refine marketing tactics.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and support the sales funnel.

  • Drive the development of demand generation processes, including lead nurturing and lead scoring, to enhance conversion rates.

  • Become our resident HubSpot expert, building and refining demand generation processes.

  • Implement and execute an account-based marketing strategy to target high-value accounts effectively.

  • Drive a client advocacy program to foster stronger client relationships and stimulate client referrals.

  • Enhance our presence on third-party software review platforms like G2 Crowd, Capterra, and Gartner.

  • Establish systematic testing methodologies for lead generation strategies.

Preferred Experience

Preferred Experience & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS, with at least 3 years in growth marketing or demand generation roles.

  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for experimentation, with a results-driven mindset.

  • Experience with HubSpot is preferred.

  • Excellent coordination and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with Sales teams.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is highly appreciated.
