Semana reinvents workspaces by organizing onsite and remote work schedules.

Post Covid-19, the number of days worked remotely is expected to grow by 6X, and so is the amount of unused office space. Operating with undersized office capacity is an opportunity to save costs but requires complex planning based on multiple constraints. These could be things like "a whole team wants to be together at the office 2 days a week", "Alice and Bob need to meet with the Sales team once a month", "Bob wants to stay home with the kids on Fridays", etc.

Our solution schedules remote and office work based on those constraints, and lets you operate with an office capacity lower than its total number of employees. Our advanced algorithms optimize schedules to flatten office occupation while offering controlled flexibility, equality and cohesion among employees.

Longer term, we want to transform the concept of workspace into a more decentralized, flexible and multiform range of solutions that better accommodate employee needs. In addition to offices that will be smaller and only dedicated to collaborative work, employees will have the option to also work from home and nearby co-working space to carry out solid tasks or book meeting, conference rooms in hyper central locations.

Job Description

Within the Sales Team, you will be positioned to contribute to Semana growth in France. You'll be in charge of:

• prospect and build a sales pipeline for the Account Executive team by engaging with prospects via phone, social and email communications.
• follow up on marketing generated leads and conduct research to evaluate if they are interesting in Semana,
• conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how Semana fits into their needs,
• identify key decision makers and influencers,
• work with the Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals.
• drive leads through the early stages of the sales process by regularly communicating with prospects, sending appropriate content and scheduling high-level demos for the account executive,
• manage data of prospective clients in CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached,
• effectively utilise social media for engaging with and researching prospects, including Twitter and LinkedIn,
• proactively share ideas and best practice with a continuous focus on improvement and finding new and better ways to contribute to the on-going growth and success of Semana

This is a full-time internship with a 6 month internship period which could lead to potential full time recruitment opportunity.

IMPORTANT: Fluent french and english is a requirement

Preferred Experience


  • Recent university graduate from top universities.
  • Fluent French and English is a hard requirement
  • Willingness to learn and receptive to feedback.
  • Ambitious and willing to take on projects that may even be outside this job description to help the company grow.
