Job Description

Mission for Growth Manager

Siteflow is looking for its future Growth Manager. The Growth Manager will highly contribute to Siteflow’s growth by creating and managing a lead generation engine, proving qualified leads to the Sales teams.

A key role in the business development strategy

  • As Growth Manager, you will have a central role in the pipeline generation :
  • Work closely with Sales teams to set-up multi canal campaigns, based on territory plans and Tiers priorities.
  • Work closely with the Content & Communication executives to align the team on requirements to set-up your campaigns : premium content, landing pages etc.
  • Work closely with the Design Team to build amazing assets for your campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to set-up the best messaging for your campaigns.

What you will do :

You’re responsible for the digital growth leading-up :

  • The overall lead generation process and actions (tools, approach, targeting, qualification process etc.). Quality will be strongly preferred over quantity, especially regarding targeting methods and messaging.
  • The campaigns budgets & ROI

Manage Account Based campaigns to enhance the sales team territory plans with a multi-canal approach using all the inbound / outbound tools and strategies. To proceed you will need :

  • a deep understanding of targets and value drivers (C-Level, Managers etc.)
  • a test & learn approach to maximize results
  • a complete skill set : scrapping, SEO, SEA, SMO, SMA, Emailing, Nurturing etc.

Explore new market opportunities :

  • Set-up business development campaigns based on Siteflow new market priorities
  • Get lead insights to help the sales team with their first touch

Track your performance

  • Set-up tangible KPIs that will allow you to manage your results and share it with the teams
  • Test everything and capitalize on your fails / successes to reach the perfect lead generation process
  • Measure the ROI of your actions


  • Reports to the Head of Marketing of Siteflow

Outcomes :
