Job Description

Joining our sales team, you will provide technical and commercial support for complex and high-stakes projects in order to analyze customer needs, link them to our product and define an appropriate commercial offer.

As a support in the sales process, you will interface with

  • Internal departments: sales, product, technical and deployment
  • Customers
  • Partners: suppliers and integrators You will monitor and manage all the steps necessary for the formulation of a customer offer.

In direct contact with our customers, you will be in charge of understanding their needs to turn our product into a solution meeting their requirements.

  • Understand the prospect's technical needs and specifications,
  • Work closely with our product team to match customer needs with our product,
  • Support and offer feasibility and profitability criteria to prospects,
  • Responsible of the technical components of our commercial proposals,
  • Write the answers to the invitations to tender,
  • Carry out demonstrations and provide support during responses to calls for tenders,
  • Internally, participate in the change of commercial target,
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences,
  • Actively take part in the product roadmap
