About the Team đŸ‘„

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you’ll join our growing Hong Kong based team. The Qantev Delivery team is vital in overseeing the entire client journey—from initial onboarding to successful software delivery. They ensure that client relationships are effectively managed and that client needs are met through Qantev’s AI-driven platform.

Job Description

What you will do 👊

Project Management 

  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, timeline, deliverables and resource requirements.

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise their impact.

  • Manage, develop and facilitate outcome driven client workshops to understand their processes, propose innovative tailored solutions

  • Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration amongst members.

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards based on client requirements.

  • Support the design of bespoke business strategies to solve large corporate challenges using AI solutions

  • Provide guidance to specific clients’ business transformation initiatives and requirements to enable their adoption of Qantev’s AI driven solutions

Reporting & Documentation

  • Track project progress and performance, adjusting the delivery plans as applicable, with a robust change control management.

  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and resolutions proposals.

  • Have a keen eye for high quality clear & comprehensive corporate presentations, you need to strive for excellence

Stakeholder Management

  • Manage client relationships from the C-suite to daily users of the solution while working in collaboration with them.

  • Manage differing perspectives and requirements among stakeholders, working towards mutually beneficial solutions.

  • Contribute in different stages of the project lifecycle (project methodology, SoW, business case development, etc.).

Collaboration 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder needs are integrated into project planning and execution

  • Collaborate with the Sales team identifying opportunities for cross-selling, scoping clients’ needs and increasing market understanding

  • Think critically about the project management practice processes and strategic frameworks, drive continuous improvement

Preferred Experience

Who you are 😀

To succeed in this role, you bring over 6 years of experience in a top consultancy firm with demonstrable project management experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment (scale-ups). 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master’s or advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience in project management and/or implementation of data, IT and/or SaaS projects

  • Fluency in English and Thai is a must, both verbal and written capabilities

  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external audiences, including large clients and senior executives

  • Ability to work autonomously and take proactive ownership of complex implementation projects

  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry is a significant advantage.

  • Proficiency in French and other Asian languages is a plus.

  • PRINCE2, Change Management Practitioner certifications (APMG International).
