Job Description


The Senior Delivery Manager will work with the Business & Sales team to oversee and manage customer relationships.

You will be accountable for the overall project delivery, client satisfaction and management of expectations while ensuring that the work is on strategy, on time and within budget.

What We Expect From You

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager who is passionate about customer service, technology and innovation! On a daily basis you will:

  • Help the founders to develop and drive the partnership strategy for Qantev to align with product and business goals.
  • Drive and own the projects cycle, covering the full project initiation and life cycle, and closing business opportunities across the insurance industry.
  • Investigate complex issues of production delivery, establish solutions and push it through required steps necessary in order to manage our projects.
  • Co-ordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work.
  • Participate in new business development and discovery led projects.
  • Manage customer expectations, high-level client relationships, and look for opportunities to improve services through relationship management.

Preferred Experience

Your profile

  • Proven 5 years of experience on delivery management or related fields.
  • Ability to apply a mix of business knowledge and delivery practices to projects in order to achieve the best results, and ability to establish solid working relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary.
  • Expected to have exceptional organization, leadership and ownership skills.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Fluent English with excellent level of grammar and spelling.
  • Willingness to join a startup adventure and to build something big together :)

Bonus skills

  • Familiarity with insurance industry.
  • Knowledge about AI & Data Analytics.
  • Previous startup experience or working within an agile framework.
  • Fluency in a language other than English or French.
