Job Description


The Human Resources Specialist will work on managing Qantev's team! You will be a key actor to help us grow our amazing team and bringing top talent from accross the world together to help us achieve our mission.

You will drive and support the implementation of HR projects and processes.

What We Expect From You

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist who is passionate about people related administration, technology and innovation! On a daily basis you will:

  • Handle administrative work such as maintenance of personal records, ensuring data compliance and preparation and execution of all payroll related matters
  • Work on various tasks related to employees' life cycle, recruitment activities, onboarding process, salary adjustments, creation of employment contracts, interpretation of the labor law, among others.
  • Help us build our international teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Proven experience on HR or related fields.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equal proven competence in Human Resources.
  • Self-motivated, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Fluent English with excellent level of grammar and spelling. Fluency in another european language is a plus.
  • Willingness to join a startup adventure and to build something big together :)
