Sales Manager - Global PropTech (real-estate tech) startup


PriceHubble is a B2B proptech company that develops valuation and analysis solutions for the residential real estate market. To get straight to the point, its solutions allow real estate professionals (investors, developers, banks, real estate agents, brokers, etc.) to evaluate their real estate assets as closely as possible, to advise their individual customers and to offer a digital and personalized experience. Big data and machine learning are at the heart of its model. PriceHubble is already present in 9 countries (Switzerland, France, Germany, Austria, Japan, the Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic and Slovakia) and now has more than 130 employees worldwide.

Job Description

You will join an international PropTech (real-estate tech) startup as a sales manager. We provide AI based property valuation services to B2B customers in real-estates and financial sectors. To grow business in Japan, you will create sales leads, initiate discussions with new customers, and manage relationships with existing customers. You are part of PriceHubble’s Japan team and report directly to the Managing Director (Country Manager) Japan.


  • You identify and plan new sales targets and map stakeholders
  • You effectively initiate sales talks and qualify your leads
  • You effectively negotiate and close deals
  • You create sales decks for various customer segments
  • You build a trusting relationship with key partners and stakeholders
  • You discuss analytical / data topics with customers and internal teams
  • You identify product requirements for our customers in Japan and provide feedback to internal teams
  • You initiate new opportunities by contacting potential customers and conducting presentations and representing the company at conferences and in networks


  • At least 2 years of work experience in B2B sales
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and some experience working with/for a tech startup as well as a grasp of analytics
  • Experience in real-estate, fintech, or SaaS/web service
  • Willing and capable to work with the customers from traditional Japanese companies in Real-Estates and Financial sectors
  • Willing and capable to learn new technologies (AI, Big Data…). Large portion of our business comes from API integrations
  • Native or nearly native fluency in Japanese
  • Intermediate English in reading. It is not mandatory to communicate in English. (Optional: If you like, you have lots of opportunities to work with Europe teams in English)
