Job Description

As a Sales Account Manager, your mission is to bring added value to each professional participant in the real estate & finance business with powerful data insights & digital products. You help boost our top line and make sure that we talk to all relevant prospects in the German part of Switzerland. You are part of PriceHubble’s fastly growing Business team and report directly to the Head of Sales.

Your daily bread

  • You research and identify new sales targets.
  • You effectively initiate sales talks and qualify your leads.
  • You map stakeholders and effectively negotiate and close deals.
  • You build a deep sales pipeline and keep it predictable.
  • You nurture and grow your existing customer portfolio.
  • You stay abreast of the market and the upcoming opportunities it brings.
  • You collaborate with the product, marketing and technology teams.
  • You represent the company at conferences and in networks.

Requirements

  • have a great track record as a Sales Executive in sourcing, closing and growing accounts of various sizes in Switzerland. International experience is a plus.
  • have excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • are a natural born hustler, love interacting with people and network building.
  • are an independent worker, are self-driven and motivated by getting things done.
  • have experience in and, best, entertain a vibrant network in the Real Estate, network in the Finance Industry is a plus.
  • have a great command of German and English. French is a plus.
  • A few years working with/for a tech startup as well as a grasp of analytics are a plus.
