Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Sales Account Manager. Your role will be to boost the topline, selling PriceHubble digital solutions to real estate and finance professionals with a focus on enterprise accounts such as banks and large institutions.You will be part of PriceHubble’s fastly growing Business team and will be reporting to the Managing Director France.

Your daily bread

  • Manage, grow and own your pipeline on the entire sales cycle: door opening, stakeholder mapping, discovery, nurturing, negotiation, closing.
  • Navigate flawlessly PriceHubble products (APIs and dashboards) to think of innovative ways to orchestrate new real estate client journeys for your prospects
  • Be the expert in your territory understanding key players, opportunities, market trends, and challenges
  • Actively manage a portfolio of prospects and contacts in Salesforce and set up nurturing activities to generate active engagement with prospects
  • Forecast your revenue contribution reliably to your manager, and ensure your CRM is clean (communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached).

Requirements

  • At least 5yrs experience of successful selling experience, in a SaaS environment with a preference for the fintech & banking industry
  • Proven history of being a consistent top performer, excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • You can manage multiple complex sales processes concurrently and effectively.
  • You are curious, think out of the box and are great at getting your novel ideas to work and love diving into complex matter to emerge with simple and powerful solutions with drive and passion
  • You have a great command of French and English (spoken and written)
  • You thrive in a startup environment, and are a team player
  • You have a keen interest in real estate, the software world and new technologies (AI, Big Data…)
