To begin 2022 in style, PlayPlay is launching its second European office in Berlin. This role is focused on the DACH market.
At PlayPlay GmbH, the Account Executive team is responsible for both hunting and closing deals.
As a Team Lead, you will still have individual Sales targets to reach, in addition to your managerial scope.

In this role, you will be responsible for scaling and transforming our sales closing processes to be the best in class. The role involves varied work, both in areas of strategy and in execution, management experience, along with access to extensive and insightful data.
YOUR MISSIONS 💪
Build up and develop the Sales Closing Strategy for the DACH Market
Work on a Sales strategy to ensure we smoothly and efficiently move the prospects through the Sales cycle. Ensure we reach the highest Average Revenue Per Account (ARPA) and deal velocity possible while maintaining a high customer satisfaction.Stay up to date and educate the team on industry-leading best practices and methodologies, and ensure these are adopted as appropriate into our sales closing processes.Develop and improve continuously our Sales Playbook with these new processes and best practices ⭐Analyse and share the best practices of your team and other sales teams.Analyse and improve KPIs and metrics to enhance the Playbook.Partner with the sales & marketing organization to ensure goals, deliverables and expectations are aligned and met.Manage and grow your team
Recruit, coach and manage a team of Account Executive.Motivate, train and keep track of your team on a day to day basis in order to reach their personal and collective objectives. Realize their 1:1, Quarterly and Annual Reviews. Implement a personalized coaching plan to help your team grow. Help on the design of the organizational structure to support the Business Plan and create the Account Executive career path.Build and execute ambitious hiring plans over the next 12 months in line with DACH and Global PlayPlay growth strategies.Participate in the recruitment process, the onboarding, the training and ramp-up of new members of your team.Lead by example
Achieve strong Sales Quotas in order to lead the team by exemple, until the team has grown.Draft a weekly and a monthly report of your results.Update the information in our CRM on a daily basis.REQUIREMENTS 🎯
You have 4+ years of professional experience in Sales and a proven track record in closing deals in the tech/SaaS B2B industries.You are fluent in German and have a very good command of written and spoken English.You have a strong sales experience with proven results and passion for prospecting, closing, selling, strategy, productivity, analytics & collaboration.You have a coaching or management experience.Ideally, you have worked in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.ABOUT YOU ❤️
