Job Description

PlayPlay is launching its first US office in New York City. This new role is focused on the US market. This role is located in our Paris HQ.

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will join PlayPlay's US Sales team as the first person in charge of inbound leads. This role is a unique opportunity to be a part of the founding team in the US.

Every week, hundreds of companies contact us to learn more about our video creation platform. Your goal will be to transform these inbound leads into opportunities for our Account Executive team. How?

You will score these leads by contacting them through email, calls, and social networks. Then, if it makes sense for both the company and PlayPlay, you will set up a demo with one of our Account Executives.

We’re looking for someone with sales experience working in the US market, an entrepreneurial mindset, ambition to open a new market, and an interest in the video industry.

YOUR MISSIONS 💪

Develop Inbound Strategy

  • Determine leads’ level of interest coming from several Inbound sources (content form, free trial, webinar, events, contact form, old leads reactivation)
  • Contact these people on the phone or through other channels (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Twitter) to learn about their needs and understand how PlayPlay could help them
  • Set up a PlayPlay demo between the prospect and one of our Account Executives, if a need is identified
  • Follow up on opportunities generated from inbound sources
  • Actively monitor inbound tools and implement best practices
  • Follow your opportunities pipeline

  • Weekly and monthly reporting of your results
  • Daily information update within Salesforce
  • REQUIREMENTS 🎯

  • A first experience as a salesperson is a plus (including internship)
  • Interest in our industry (content/social media/video).
  • Native English mandatory
