To begin 2022 in style, PlayPlay is launching its second European office in Berlin. This role is focused on the DACH market.
We are looking for seasoned Account Executives to join our Sales team. This role is a unique opportunity to be a part of the founding team in Germany. You will work closely with Sophie— our Country Manager — a global sales team, and a DACH-focused team composed of SDRs and BDRs in charge of building your pipeline. Your main task will be to develop PlayPlay's client base in the region with a focus on Enterprise accounts (+10.000 employees accounts). Your main task will be open new logos, by leading and closing complex deals in the DACH region.
We’re looking for someone with sales experience working in the DACH market, an entrepreneurial mindset, an ambition to open a new market, and an interest in the video industry.
Build and manage your sales pipelineConduct product demos to multiple decision-makers.Close Enterprise deals (companies 10.000+) in multiple industries.Respond to calls for tender and develop complex sales proposals.Drive expansion on your territory accounts.Monitor your activities within Salesforce.Participate in the biggest MarTech and social media events in the DACH Market.Become a pro user of PlayPlay's platform and gain expertise in the marketing & communications space.Participate in the recruitment and training of new sales team members.
At least 3 years of Sales experience in the SaaS industry. ⭐️Proven track record of exceeding your sales quota with B2B customers.Previous experience in closing complex and large B2B customer deals in the DACH market is mandatory. A previous experience in opening a new market would be a plus.Native German required.
