Job Description

With PlayPlay, anyone on your team can design videos that make sure your message gets across: information becomes easier to retain, explanations more convincing, and your brand storytelling more compelling.

PlayPlay is launching its first US office in New York City. This new role is focused on the US market.

We're offering a fantastic career opportunity if you want to become our next manager of the Business Development Representative team ! You will join our sales team, lead the US hunting performances, and help us build the perfect team 🤩 You will also be part of our US founding team and co-build the company with Clément, one of PlayPlay’s co-founder.

Lead the hunting team

  • Recruit & onboard a team of 7 people (3 SDR, 4 BDR)
  • Train & coach your team to reach their goals : 20SQL/m/BDR & 30SQL/m/SDR
  • Create a strong team spirit
  • Co-build the sales team

  • Participate in the creation of the PlayPlay sales playbook
  • Take part in cross team projects to boost our acquisition performances
  • Collaborate closely with our Paris HQ to make sure best practices are shared
  • Co-build PlayPlay in the US

  • Be a strong ambassador of the company culture in the US

  • You are a hunter, able to build and grow an outbound acquisition pipeline of prospects!
  • You have an experience as a Sales in a fast-paced environment
  • You have an experience as manager/coach/mentor and know how to help people progress
