Job Description


About the position

We’re launching a new position at PhantomBuster: that of VP Revenue to lead our Sales, Marketing, and CS departments. You will sit on the Executive Committee where you will lead Go-To-Market strategy discussions, before setting out operational roadmaps with your three trusted lieutenants (the Heads of Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing respectively).


This is a unique and rare opportunity: the ability to join an early-stage startup (50 people) that already generates the ARR of significantly larger startups. This financial stability allows us to aim for ultra-fast growth as a company choice, rather than as a VC requirement, and as such removes most of the stress associated with the latter.

What the job involves:

  • Sit on the Executive Committee, own Go-To-Market strategy discussions, and build strong and cohesive alignment with the CEO, CTO, CoS, and VPs.
  • Take the agreed Go-To-Market strategy and transform it into operational roadmaps in cooperation with your three revenue Heads Of (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success).
  • Manage and lead the Heads of Sales, Marketing, and Customer. Ensure strong alignment between the three departments, and operational excellence. You will be judged of whether a RevOps function needs to be built.
  • Work closely with Product to ensure strategic and operational alignment and the building of an excellent experience right across the user & customer journeys.
  • Oversee and be responsible for our global revenue, and the internationalization of the company. (Building out multi-continent Go-To-Market functions). p.s. our revenue is global, but our teams are all currently in Europe.
  • Ensure that ARR and the revenue departments scale fast (2 to 3x growth year on year).
  • Develop a detailed understanding of our users, clients, and ICPs right across their lifecycle, and communicate this effectively to senior leadership.
  • Be a company builder. Recruit and keep high-performing talent.


You’re a great fit if:


  • Min 10 years of revenue (Marketing / CS / Sales) experience, with at least 5 in marketing and at least 3 in B2B SaaS companies (and preferably in PLG companies).
  • Experience running the marketing function, and being responsible for a team of at least 10 people.
  • Strategic and innovation awareness, leadership skills, and effective, cohesion-building communication.
  • Ability to inject pace and work in a fast scaling environment.
  • Flawless English, and international mindset
  • Strong and empowering people management skills. We don’t tolerate dicks however good they may be.
