Founded in 2016, PhantomBuster provides a toolbox of more than 130 automations (what we call "Phantoms") to help businesses automate their sales and marketing processes or scrape useful data that's readily available on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other online platforms. Job Description

About the Product Design Team

As we are growing quickly, we are building a product design team to join our Product Manager in defining, crafting, and delivering the best possible product to our users. We want to provide the best user experience and build the most scalable product in cloud-based data extraction and automation, so we are looking for passionate and talented people who are motivated to help us achieve these goals. You'll report directly to our Head of Product - a role currently occupied by our CEO & co-founder, Guillaume.

Your missions

  • User journeys: understand how customers are using our product through user interviews and data analysis, what their needs are, and improve their experience.
  • New features: explore and create new features through research, wireframing, user testing, and prototyping.
  • Methodology: Help define our processes and best practices.
  • Analytics mindset: Measure the success of products in collaboration with the Product, Growth, and Tech Teams.

Preferred Experience

You might be a fit if

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS organization with a user-centric approach.
  • You are autonomous in your work, and you know how to communicate if you are facing difficulties.
  • You have knowledge of UX design processes, methodologies and user interviews
  • You love to solve customers’ problems by bringing about intuitive user experience.
  • You know how to use Figma or another design tool.
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English, as you will work in an international context.
  • You have a positive, team-player attitude and a desire to see our users, your teammates, and the company thrive.
