Job Description

PhantomBuster is looking to hire a Sales Development Representative with a firm knowledge of the SaaS B2B market. As the first Sales rep at PhantomBuster, your main tasks will be to assess the current sales strategy and to be responsible for inbound and outbound sales prospecting. You will work closely alongside our Customer Success team in this role.

1. Challenge the foundations of our Sales strategy:

  • Develop a sales plan while creating and maintaining a monthly sales forecast
  • Review our sales pitch and sales deck
  • Review, update and complete our sales playbook (ICP, buyer personas, assets detailing our products, multi-channel sequencing with templates, qualification methods...)

2. Manage inbound and outbound sales prospecting:

  • Manage inbound leads by fielding calls, carrying out client demos, etc.
  • Execute appropriate outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn
  • Process MQL shared by our Growth Marketing team
  • Manage the handover of our new clients to our Customer Success Team

Preferred Experience

You might be a fit if

  • At least 2 years prior experience in a B2B Sales role
  • Results-driven, with an excellent understanding of how to measure your performance
  • Technically capable, with a desire to improve processes
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2 level)
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Demonstrated success while working within a fast-growing company
  • Experience using a CRM or Marketing automation software (Hubspot is a huge plus)
  • Educated to Master's degree level, preferably in the Business Management, MBA field
