Job Description

About the Product Design Team

The Product Design Team is a brand-new team at PhantomBuster. Until now, we've always outsourced design with an agency. Your goal as a Product Design Manager will be to build our internal design processes from scratch & hire a team of 4 Product Designers. As we mentioned, you will build a team which means that you are not afraid to be hands-on, waiting for your team members. You'll report directly to our Head of Product - a role currently occupied by our CEO & co-founder, Guillaume.

Your missions

  • Build the overall structure and vision for design at Phantombuster.
  • Hire, train, and manage an internal design team of: 2 UX Designers and 2 UI Designers.
  • Shaping and establishing product design processes and best practices.
  • Prioritize your work to make sure you are working on the most impactful projects.
  • Work closely with different stakeholders to distil the design vision into an actionable strategy.

Preferred Experience

You might be a fit if:

  • You have at least 4 years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally in B2B SAAS.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in mentoring a design team.
  • You have a strong portfolio, with a demonstrated history of enacting parts of the above missions.
  • You’re a great communicator and have excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • You're proficient on Figma, Amplitude, Hotjar, or ProductBoard.
  • You have good problem-solving skills.
  • You have a strong UX focus.
  • You have a positive, team-player attitude and a desire to see our users, your teammates, and the company thrive.

At PhantomBuster we are aware that the perfect candidate doesn't exist, so if you don't match all the requirements for this position, please don't hesitate to apply!

Recruitment Process

  • Screening video call with Lisa, our Talent Acquisition Partner (45min)
  • Interview with our founders, CEO & CTO (1hr)
  • Fully remote use-case exercise
  • Video call with the founders and our PM to discuss your exercise (1hr)
