Nalia has developed for recurring revenue BtoB a customer health monitoring and alerting system. It identifies which customers are going to leave or expand their subscription, providing signals about it and determining the best actions to perform.

CSMs are in charge of the client's portfolio after the closing of the deal. They are the main point of contact for the clients.

We are convinced that a good and smart data management system is key to better understand their clients and bring value to the customer.

Thus, Nalia offers to all recurring companies a powerfull data tool in order to help them prioritize their accounts, design in advance a retention and upsell strategy, and perform targerted actions.

Job Description

We are looking for our future Growth and Communication intern. You will work directly with Nalia's founding team.

You will work on the implementation of our Communication strategy:

  • Taking charge of brand content: social network content (Linkedin)
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities and our blog
  • Writing articles in various formats: newsletter, articles
  • Definition of the editorial planning
  • Design visuals for social media posts, newsletters& events

And Growth :

  • Prospecting for new clients
  • Improve our relationship with our current customers

Preferred Experience

Profile:

  • Passionate about new technologies and the impact of digital technology
  • Very good skills in English (100% of your posts will be in English)
  • Student in a business school or communication/journalism
  • Writing skills (in French and English)
  • Creativity, autonomy and proactivity
  • Desire to learn and evolve in a start-up environment
  • Curiosity and taste for adventure
